Picos de Europa National Park

The Picos de Europa National Park is in the Picos de Europa mountain range. It is shared by the provinces of Asturias, Cantabria and León.

It was the first National Park of Spain. On July 9, 2003 UNESCO approved the Biosphere Reserve status for the Picos de Europa National Park.
We visited the interpretation centre of the National Park where we could see the scale model of some animals which live in the park.
